"Togetherness" Cat and Bird Mug by Marge Levine - Japan

Description

Cute black & white mug with colors only on the cat's tail and ears, and bird's wings & tail.  Designed by Marge Levine and made in Japan.
Measures 3-5/8" tall by 3-1/8" in diameter.  Weighs 10.3 oz and holds 1-1/4 cups if filled to the brim.  Somewhat roughly made with numerous bumps and pits, slight roughness and flea bite on rim above cat's tail (see close up pictures).  But nothing major - no cracks, repairs, chips, loss of pattern, stains, nor utensil marks noted.  Some shelf wear and indents on the unglazed underside edge rim.  "JAPAN" is pressed into the bottom.
From smoke-free storage.  Clean and ready to enjoy.
