WWI RUSSIAN CAVALRY SABER SWORD SHASHKA M1881 99y.RARE.
The saber is in pristine condition, there are traces of use on the blade, 2-3 small notches from different sides.The blade is smooth, the tip may look slightly to the side, but it is almost not noticeable.There are acceptance stamps on the blade, and the year of manufacture is 1899.There are signs of wear on the handle, one crack through the entire handle, but not deep, the second is small, I showed them in the photo with arrows, the handle head does not move, the nut was probably twisted earlier, but everything is rusty, maybe I'm wrong.At the mouth of the scabbard is the number-1009.The blade is smooth, the saber fits well into the scabbard until it stops, does not fall out.There are signs of use on the scabbard, but everything is without repairs, everything is native.A good item for people who like items with a history, in the spirit of the times, a desirable item for any collection.
