Wilton tankard featuring a framed set of crossed tennis rackets with a blank banner shaped pad for an inscription of your choice . This is a really neat mug for a tennis lover or pair of tennis lovers . It was part of the large hoard of Wilton mugs I have been listing and one of the most desirable in my opinion . As described below I purchased a large collection from an estate sale and there were only 2 that I wanted personally . The guy bidding against me was buying them to sell for scrap, he told me later . I had no knowledge of these being at the auction as I attended for the sole purpose of buying a compact tractor . I buy and sell as many nice name brand compacts as I can get my hands on . As it worked out this day I didn’t get the tractor , it brought more than I had planned to sell it for . But I did buy some stuff . I quit driving a pickup to auctions several years ago so I didn’t have a way to carry much home , I drive a Corvette if I know I will be able to park and not get stuck or tear the bottom out of it . But this day I didn’t have time to return with my rollback so I drove it and had a 21 foot long bed with only a little over half needed for what I went for . To make matters worse I had my Wife along with me and she got her own number . Boy howdy she knew they was plenty of extra space on that bed and knew I had the tub of straps and bungees along so she went into a spending frenzy . So please check my other items , PLEASE . I have recently moved my Aunt into assisted living and I didn’t want to send everything to auction . I went through her hoard and now I am getting close to being a contestant on Hoarder’s !
