UPDATE: After reviewing some of the other ones listed on ebay, I should point out that this one appears to be unused as it does NOT appear to have ANY cracking in the paint, like it probably spent its life sitting on a shelf on display, and not being played with. The only "flaws" in this paint, besides the obvious smear, would be around where it says "wcw" the white wasn't printed on thick enough, leaving tiny brown speckles. These are NOT cracks or chipping in the paint. (I would imagine if you squeeze it hard all over, you might find some small cracks, but im not trying it and potentially harming it. It looks like new, other than the smeared paint)

The smeared white appears to match the printed white in color, and the way some of it looks to be smeared from each letter, makes me think it's a printing error. Please feel free to ask any questions
