VINTAGE HERPA AIRPLANE MODEL: Southwest Airlines New Mexico One - Scale 1:500

Our vintage Herpa Wings is a model of Southwest Airlines' New Mexico One Boeing 737-700 series.
Painted yellow and prominently displaying the Zia symbol, paying homage to the official state flag of New Mexico, this Herpa Wings model is in scale 1:500, and features the tail of the aircraft in the vintage gold color scheme Southwest used until 2001, before they changed their official colors to blue.
Made from 100% die-cast metal, this model was purchased new at the Puzzle Zoo toy store in Los Angeles, CA, in the late 1990s, by our store's owner and was on display, in its box, high on a shelf where it remained untouched.  There are no blemishes, scratches or nicks to the paint, on this model, and it comes in its original packaging, still displaying the original .95 price tag, from Puzzle Zoo as seen in the product pictures.
