The Tiffin Glass Company of Tiffin, Ohio in the 1930s made this elegant Figural Owl night light.
Tiffin was one of the giants of American glassmaking and
part
of UNITED Glass. The colorful decorative glassware from the first half of this century is quite popular today.
The Tiffin Glass Company, of Tiffin, Ohio, produced hand made Depression Era glass, modern wares, and other collectible glassware, especially from the 1940s through the 1960s. Perhaps best known for its stemware, Tiffin made a wider variety of stemware shapes, cuttings, etchings, and decorations.
The parent
company was called US Glass.
Tiffin Glass made a complete line in the 1930 of glass night lights including the rare OWL night lamp that 8 3/4" tall.  The lamp has two parts with the glass owl top screwing into a black glass base.  Mounted in the base was a low
watt bulb.  The top screwed into the bottom base. There is NO loss of color or chips in
