    Description

    This is a VINTAGE 1940's (WW2 era) SWEDEN HANDCRAFTED WOOD MINIATURE BEER STEIN OR PITCHER - CREAMER WITH FUNCTIONING LID.  There is an inscription along the top portion, however it appears to be in Swedish and not clearly readable. The carved wood mini "stein" is decorated in pyrographic (burning a design into wood with a pointed heated metal tool) art flowers and leaf design.  The carved stein or small pitcher / creamer measures about 3-7/8" tall overall and by 3" overall width. Very good vintage condition and appearance.  Great Folk Art Craftsmanship.
