USA Capitol buildinng George Washington charm bracelet signed Art Craft 7" long

This is a silver tone charm bracelet with a single charm that has an amazingly detailed raised rendering of the United States Capitol building in Washington, DC on the front. On the back, in raised lettering, " Original Cornerstone laid by George Washington, September 18, 1793, Art Craft ©." The charm has a diameter of 7/8" and is approximately 1.5mm thick. The charm, like the bracelet, is made of a silver tone metal, which has some tarnish throughout, but particularly on the left side of the back. The back also has nicks and scratches commensurate with age and wear. The sturdy double link bracelet is 7" long, .25" wide and has a foldover clasp. This is not sterling silver. Looking at it again, it almost looks like pewter. But there are some tiny nicks under a loupe on the front which are dark marks and some nicks on the back which are also dark marks as well as some tarnish. I don't know if that can be polished out and I am not quite sure if those nicks are base metal showing through or if they are tarnish marks in the plate. I like the patina as it is, but one could try a gentle polish, I suppose. Overall in very good pre-owned condition, flaws as noted.
