Tsar-Flokfahrt Michael Ungermeier Beer Stein Mug

Tsar-Flokfahrt Michael Ungermeier glazed stoneware beer stein mug stands 5 1/2 inches high, is about 5 3/4 inches wide overall including handle, 3 inches in diameter at mouth, and about 4 inches in diameter at base. It is a light gray color with a primarily blue design and black writing with a stylish gentleman smoking a cigar with a cloudy mountain scene in the background. The mug is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage noted. There is a mark on the bottom of the mug, but you cannot really tell what it is supposed to be. Mug weighs just under 1 pound 7 ounces.
I've had this a while and tried to research it. The only reference I found to Michael Ungermeier is in the Buffalo New York telephone directory from 1893 where he is listed as a brewer. I have found no references on Tsar-Flokfahrt, but he looks like a dashing fellow!
