Tiffin Green Uranium Satin Glass Coralene Multi Color Poppy Vase

Description

Here is a green satin uranium vase made by Tiffin Glass in Ohio.  It is 5 1/4 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide.  It is features hand decorated poppies. The vase is not damaged.
Different colors of paint containing ground glass is applied to the vase on the embossed poppies.  The modified paint is called Coralene.  The ground glass reflects light.  See photos.
The three sides of the vase are shown...first as seen in normal light.  The piece following is a photo of the same side of the vase and a bright light has been directed onto the vase making the decorations shine.
The last photo shows the vase with a black light ....causing the vase to glow because the glass contains uranium.  As you can see, the Coralene is slowly flaking  off the flowers.....
