Nothing sends moles and gophers hurrying away faster than the penetrating sonic pulses emitted from this Sonic Spike. When placed in the ground and activated, sonic pulses penetrate
the soil every 30 seconds, emitting a sound which is highly irritating to moles and gophers. Because these underground rodents are virtually blind they are exceptionally sensitive to sound and vibrations.
Easy-to-Activate
To use, make a pilot hole in the ground with a wooden or steel rod. Next, insert the Spike into the soil so that the cap is flush with the ground to avoid tripping hazards and the chance of hitting it

Note:
Effectiveness of the product depends largely upon soil type. Moist clay is the best conductor of sound; dry, sandy or peat soil does not conduct the sonic waves as easily.
