Rare Vintage German gold rimmed beer boot mug with wording

Description

Very unique Vintage beer glass boot shape with gold rim thought to be German because of the foreign language on the glass.  I have no idea what it says. The rim and detail on the glass is in perfect condition, no scratches or breaks.  If  ever used it was very little from the looks of it.  An asset to any bar decor.  Will be packaged to avoid breakage.
