DESCRIPTION:
These coupe soup cereal bowls are sturdy being 6" in diameter.  The rim is smooth with embossing just below on the outside.
CONDITION:
The condition of this Pfaltzgraff set is superb.  There are no chips, nicks, cracks, scratches, rubbings or hairlines.  Please refer to the photos to see how classically beautiful this set is.

The Pfaltzgraff coupe soup cereal bowls have a diameter of 6" with a height of 2 1/8".
HISTORY/MARKS:
Pfaltzgraff  is the oldest manufacturer of pottery in the USA.  Founded by German potters in 1811 in Pennsylvania, Pfaltzgraff grew though 5 generations of family ownership.  This historic American manufacturer of high quality stoneware was a leader in its industry.  Through the years, Pfaltzgraff acquired such high quality potteries as Stangl and Syracuse.  In 2005, the Pfaltzgraff Company was acquired by Lifetime Brands, a leading designer, developer, and marketer of home products.  The castle bearing the Pfaltzgraff family name still stands and is proudly displayed on the back of most of the dinnerware pieces manufactured by Pfaltzgraff.  This set carries the embossed, small castle scene and the inscribed copyright stamp.
