This is a pair of Tiffin double candlesticks. The design is called Coronet, but I'm not sure what the pattern of the etching is. It is like a daisy or dessert flower with leaves.
Measures 5.5” tall, 7” wide and 4.75” deep.
Base is 4.75” in diameter.

No chips or cracks.
