For sale is this lovely Hand-Carved OOAK Abstract Wooden Cross.  I'm not sure what type of wood was used in this pale (birch?) and brown wooden cross but it is quite lovely.  I've never seen another like it, personally and not sure, either who is depicted on it nor its history or age as it was purchased at a house sale. The form itself is punctuated with carved arches showing musculature and loincloth.  The head is also outlined in this manner and only subtly defined.  An avant garde art piece it measures 9 3/4" long approx. by 6 3/4" wide approx.  There is some varnish loss in the back or maybe that's how it was made.  Please keep in mind that I do not accept returns.
