old Silver Cross Pendant marked COUPINI 800

Description

I'm not an expert on this item, just something I found in some estate jewelery
CROSS ITSELF IS JUST ABOUT 2" TALL, 1.75" WIDE
chain is 12.5" long, but it's doubled over twice (so not sure if it's 4x that size stretched out)
looks to me like it all came together, but I don't know if it's all silver, or just the cross is silver, or if it's not silver at all?
my kitchen scale says it's 19 grams (I do not know how accuate this is)
