This beautifully detailed, die-cast, Italian made Miraculous Medal crucifix is 1.5" (3.9 cm) tall, and features flared edges and a detailed Miraculous Medal, front and back. With this new design, the Sacred and Immaculate hearts are placed higher on the medal than the standard placement so that they are visible on the crucifix. The Miraculous Medal was designed and revealed by the Blessed Mother to St. Catherine Laboure in 1830. Mary said to St. Catherine: “Have a medal struck upon this model. Those who wear it will receive great graces, especially if they wear it around the neck. Those who repeat this prayer with devotion will be, in a special manner, under the protection of the Mother of God. Graces will be abundantly bestowed upon those who have confidence.” An inspirational crucifix not only for rosaries, but also to wear on a chain around the neck. It contains a beautiful silver oxidized finish in the world, as only the Italians can do.
