KYRILL VLADIMIROVICH ROMANOV, pretender to the throne, in memory of Tsar NICHOLAS II
All veterans of the Imperial Russian Armed Forces on active duty during WWI were eligible to wear this award.
Certain variations exist, for instance members of the Imperial Red Cross have a Red Cross in the center medallion instead of St. Nicholas and cipher of Nicholas II appears in the center for non-Christian.
