MacStrut Macpherson Strut Spring Compressor by Ken Tool #39730 Used Once

Strut Spring Compressor by Ken Tool and their part # is 39730.  Don't know much about application but all instructions are included in kit.  It was used only once that I recall and all components are in the kit.  Look at pics closely.  Cleaning out shop so wife don't have to.  Will ship only USA and with UPS in medium flat rate box.
