Genuine John Deere SE501446 Starter 12Volt, 10 Tooth, OEM Remanufactured by John Deere.  BONUS: RE398381 Starter Solenoid Cover Kit.  This is a new, remanufactured starter.  It does have a few rub marks on the paint from handling and storage.
