UltraSync Self-Contained Hub, part of the UltraSync Series of smart security products by Interlogix, is the first wireless security panel to feature a built-in web browser, offering simple installations, programming and control. The UltraSync Self-Cont ained Hub comes standard with a Z-Wave radio, allowing users to control Z-Wave lights, thermostats and locks at home or away via the UltraSync mobile application available for iOS and Android devices.
Interlogix’s UltraSync SmartHome system uses pre-set schedules, geo location and remote system management to help users manage energy consumption.

RETURN POLICY:
If you have any questions about this item, please email me prior to bidding. I try to disclose any details that may be of interest so you will know what to expect.
If you just changed your mind, item must be returned in the same condition, (unused), that it was shipped within 14 days. Item must be returned in original saleable condition with all of its parts, tags, labels, documents, and/or accessories intact. Buyer must pay return shipping cost. A 20 percent restocking fee, (based on the selling price) will be charged on all returned items. If the item was listed with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price along with the restocking fee.
If you feel that your item is not as described when you get it, and it was not described as being sold "as-is", please contact me first, then ship it back and I will refund the purchase price. Returned shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.
In all cases, Ebay and Paypal have charged seller's fees which will need to be refunded. After the sell has been canceled by the seller, the buyer must reply back to Ebay that the item was returned for a refund and agree to cancel the sale before a refund will be issued.
