German Beer Stein VIP Crest Pewter Lid Love of A Drunk General Louis H. Wilson

We have a wonderful black glass beer mug from Germany that has a pewter lid and silver drunken poem on the side.  It says VIP with a seal on the other side.  It stands 7" tall with the lid and holds 12 ounces.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or fading of color
The poem is by General Louis H. Wilson.
