: In November 1928, the signs "To the heroes of the January events of 1918." were issued to other participants in the events of January 1918: workers of the plant “Bolshevik. At the same time, new signs were not made, the inscription "Yu-Z Zh.D." was removed on signs for railway workers. and the inscription "Bolshevik" is cut out. It is not known on the basis of what documents the issue was made. In any case, they were not found in the archives. Judging by the letters and certificates for these signs, the decision was made by the Oktyabrskaya District Commission or the Party Committee of the Oktyabrsky District of Kiev, or it was their joint decision. The signs themselves were somewhat changed: the steam locomotive, the railway emblem and the inscription “Yu.-Z. g. etc. " and hand engraved inscription: “Bolshevik plant. At the same time, the pad was not made anew without a steam locomotive, but was simply cut off from the old steam locomotive. The escutcheon, which has become smaller in connection with this, is attached to the star with only three pins instead of the five with which the escutcheon was previously attached. The rest of the signs are absolutely identical, even the remaining pins are located exactly where these pins are located on the old signs. This suggests that both old and new signs were made in the same workshop, with the same stamps. At the same time, we can confidently assert that a new order was made for the signs for “Bolshevik”, because there are no holes for the unnecessary two pins. In addition, silver alloys of various tests were used as a material: railway signs - 916 standard, signs of the Bolshevik plant - 875 standard. All issued signs are unnumbered.
