ELEGANT TIFFIN CRYSTAL ETCHED WATER GOBLET, MANDARIN YELLOW

Maker
: This elegant water goblet is by Tiffin-Franciscan.
The company was established in Tiffin, Ohio, in 1889 under the name A.J. Beatty & Sons. It soon merged with the United States Glass Company and in 1927 adopted the Tiffin name as its brand. In 1979, the company was sold to Towle Silversmiths before ceasing production in 1980.
Design
: This fine and delicate crystal goblet is in a lovely pattern of etched scrollwork with a distinctive faceted stem. The color is called Mandarin Yellow.
Size
: The goblet is 7 5/8 inches tall, 3 3/4 inches wide at the opening and 3 inches wide at the base. It weighs 5.6 ounces.
Condition
: It's in overall excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration, water marks or fogging. There are several sections of what appear to be tiny specks of embedded dirt in the etched pattern and one larger embedded spot on the side. The larger spot and an example of the specks are shown in the photo with the arrows.
