DUCHESS FINE BONE CHINA KITTY CAT PEDESTAL MUG is signed in gold by Mary Anne Sprunger. I don't know if this was her cup or if maybe she designed the cup - it looks like a fancy signature- but I have no clue, either way the mug is adorable!
