Our 2-into-1 systems for the Sportsters, Softails and Dynas rank among the most innovative in the business. Our latest upswept 2-into-1 for the Dynas and Sportsters uses equal length headers, mated to a cone megaphone or short canister-style muffler. The collector is one of a kind and is placed before the foot pegs, creating the most efficient mating of the exhaust gases, and in turn generating more performance. The rear cylinder header runs forward and wraps around the timing cover for a sleek look, and more clearance for the oil dip stick. For the new Softail the headpipes slip into a collector by the transmission before joining the megaphone muffler body. The junction heat shield cleans up the collector area in a simple, stylish manner. On each version the 4-inch machined aluminum tip is powder coated black, and etched with the Cobra logo. The tip’s reverse cone shape tastefully compliments the upswept muffler The Air Resources Board (ARB) does not permit the use of aftermarket emission-related parts that alter the air/fuel ratio of an emission-controlled vehicle. Due to these legal restrictions this part cannot be shipped to California.
