    Description

    Precious antique wooden crucifix of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Early 20th Century European from a Belgian collection.  Acquired in 1979.  Fragile.  Arms, body, cross and base are carved individually and assembled.  Believed to be painted with tempura.  Matte finish.  Likely French or Spanish origin.  Two feet tall with base.
