    21" Honda Propane Buffer: Fair Condition/Excellent Motor with few Hours of Use. Condition is "Used".
    The buffer is missing a piece that holds the pad on it, so in order to use the buffer you would need to replace it or would need a new frame. There is a squeal that hasn't been fixed. The Honda motor is in very good condition though and has very few hours on it. Even though it does need work, we did research and the motor alone is worth 0.
