    The medal “In Memory of the Zemsky Sobor of the Amur Region” was the last insignia to be established. The Zemsky Sobor, convened in the summer of 1922 by the government of General M. K. Diterichs, called for the reorganization of its forces in the spirit of Russian antiquity. The military leaders began to be called governors, the army was called the “Zemskaya Army”, and the convened parliament was called the “Zemskoy Sobor”. The medal was intended for the participants of the Council.
    On the front side of the medal there is an image of St. George slaying a dragon to the right with a spear.
    The reverse side of the medal is in an oak wreath the date of the meeting of the Amur Zemsky Cathedral and the text: “July 23/10 August 10/July 28, 1922. Amur Zemsky Cathedral”.
    The medals were made of silver and bronze with gilding. On the lugs of the medal there was a gold stamp P.Sh.
    The size of the medal was 28 mm, the medal was worn on a white-blue-red ribbon.
