(18) Medline Optifoam Gentle 4" x 4" Silicone Foam Dressing w/ Border MSC2044EP. Box of (10) Dressings + (8) Individual Dressings, all of these are sterile/sealed. These dressings protect the wound, allow retention of moisture, absorb excess drainage, and provide a waterproof cover. These dressings can be left in place for 2 to 3 days, unless there is heavy drainage or they are heavily soiled. These can provide adequate protection for small sacral wounds, as well as any other wound/pressure sore. These bandages have good adhesion, but they can be reinforced with retention tape if needed.
