    17-18thC Fragment Carved Wood CHRIST CRUCIFIX Painted Gesso 11”L. Condition is Used.
    This is an extremely old fragment of a JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIX made of painted gesso over carved wood. It was probably made in the 17th or 18th century, of unknown origin. The carved wood and painted gesso Jesus figure is approximately 11” long, mounted on a partial wood cross 21” long (see all photos). With antique condition faults, as is.
